- Refunds will be processed based on the date of cancellation, only after the congress completion:
- Cancellation before 60 days of the congress start date will receive a full refund, less a $99 towards the processing fee.
- Cancellation within 60 days of the congress start date is non-refundable.

- Payments: All bookings made before the congress must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipted invoice will be sent.
- Early Bird Rate: To qualify for any ‘early bird’ rates, booking and payment must be received before the deadline date listed on the congress website.
- Access Requirements: Registrants should advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration.
- Registration Information: Registration information will be sent to registered registrants by email at least seven days before the event. Any Participant not receiving the registration information should contact us by email at info@physicaltherapyconferences.org
